One's health is crucial. At Exodus Place, we have our very own robust medical department which includes medication management, behavioral health support, and more.
Members will predominantly see Nurse Jen, our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), for any related medical needs or concerns. Additionally, we help members to schedule doctor's appointments and other medical assistance as needed.  Helping our members maintain a healthy lifestyle will aid them during their transition back to the community.
